All orders are custom-made and processed through Etsy's secure platform.

Custom-Made Production Process

Since all our products are custom-made and manufactured on-demand, the total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time. Production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Return Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and full refund including original shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only if the issue was caused by the customer or if the return is not approved.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Important Notice: Due to our custom-made production model, we do not maintain inventory and cannot offer exchanges for customer preference changes.

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items that are not the customer's fault. Since all products are custom-made, we will manufacture a replacement item specifically for you.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Request exchange through Etsy messaging
  2. Provide Evidence: Send photos and detailed description of the issue
  3. Confirm Issue: We'll verify the defect or damage
  4. Manufacture Replacement: Create a new custom item
  5. Ship Replacement: New item shipped at no additional cost

Exchange Conditions

  • Issue must be manufacturing defect or shipping damage
  • Not caused by customer use or handling
  • Reported within 30 days of delivery
  • We cover all shipping costs for replacement
  • Replacement will be identical to original order

Note: Since all items are custom-made, replacement items will be manufactured specifically for you and may take the same production time as the original order.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
